As a storytelling photographer, my goal is to capture the authentic emotions and connections that make each moment truly special. To do this, I believe in getting to know my clients long before the session begins. By learning about your story, your personalities, and what truly matters to you, I can create a photoshoot experience that is completely unique and personal to you. I love to incorporate meaningful date ideas and experiences into my sessions, whether it’s a cozy at-home shoot, an outdoor adventure, or an activity that’s close to your heart. 01. How do i book with you?
To officially reserve your session, please complete my 'Contact' form. Once received, I’ll reach out via email with a personalized quote and more info on what it looks like to work with me! If we make a great match - from there we’ll choose a date, and I'll send over a contract and invoice. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your session is officially booked!
02. Where are you based? Do you travel?
I am currently based in the scenic town of Boone, North Carolina, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. While I absolutely love capturing sessions close to home, I am also passionate about traveling to new locations for shoots & exploring the beauty of what the Lord has Created for us to see!
03. What if our session date calls for rain?
In the event of rain on our scheduled date, we have two options: we can either embrace the weather and proceed with the session, using the conditions to our advantage, or we can reschedule for a mutually convenient date!
04. are retainers refundable?
To secure your session, a retainer is required, which is applied toward the total cost of your shoot. This retainer is non-refundable due to the commitment and preparation involved in reserving your date and dedicating time exclusively to your session. As a small business, this policy helps me maintain the quality and reliability of the services I provide to all my clients.
05. How & when will i recive my photos?
Each of my galleries is delivered via Pixieset. Depending on the type of session or package selected, sneak peeks will be provided within 3-4 days, with the full gallery typically delivered within an 8 week timeframe. The gallery will include fully edited images, as I do not provide RAW files.
06. What outfits should i wear to our session?
For your session, I suggest dressing in a way that feels authentic to you—whether that's reflecting your usual style or imagining yourself as a character from your favorite movie, immersed in the experience we’re creating. The goal is to stay comfortable and true to yourself. To keep the focus on you, I recommend avoiding bold patterns, large logos, and overly matching outfits. We want the clothing to complement the story we're telling through the photos, not overpower it.
